Established in 1936, we produce premium footwear for our own brand and private label customers around the world. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated **Warehouse Operative** to support our logistics, delivery, and stock operations.
**Role Description**
The Warehouse Operative will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of Goral’s warehouse. This role focuses on ensuring accurate stock control, efficient goods handling, and timely despatch of customer orders, while maintaining a clean, well-organised working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Pick and pack components for the assembly/production.
- Receive incoming goods, check against delivery notes, and update stock systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and system updates.
- Support the stock control process using Goral’s warehouse management system.
- Organise and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
- Liaise with the production and office teams to coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
