Graduate Town Planner

**Keen to join a growing and successful major housebuilder and establish your career? **With their current team being lean and efficient - they want someone else to join to work across finding and promoting strategic land sites across the North West predominantly.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Identifying potential sites for promotion through software like LandInsight and the land registry
- Contacting landowners and updating development partners on existing projects
- Keeping up-to-date with planning policy changes and potential opportunities
- Appraising new sites identified by the Land Director or other colleagues when necessary
- Coordinating external consultants and liaising with local authorities and other stakeholders

**Ideally you will**:

- Have some experience or at least a Town Planning Bachelors or Masters
- Have a sound knowledge of land promotion or residential planning knowledge
- Be assertive and have a confident nature, and excellent communication skills
- Know the North West area well, but not essential
- Have a full driving license and access to a car

**With at least one role due to growth, they are looking to interview as soon as possible. The business will be an excellent home for someone to build on their experience and learn more in their career.**
