Relief Plant Operator N/S (2200-0600)

An opportunity has arisen for a Relief Plant Operator on No.2 Monti.

The main areas of responsibilities are to ensure the smooth operation of Chocolate Moulding to ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.

Other areas of responsibility are:

- To ensure plant start-up and shut-down are properly planned and performed
- To achieve planned output within specification.
- To maximise plant efficiency and to minimise TOS and waste.
- To ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.
- To develop line skills in line with company best practice.
- Provide a strong and co-ordinated link with all production processes on the line.
- Take an active part in Supply Chain Excellence including tiered meetings and the SCE boards.

You will have a good attendance record and will demonstrate a flexible approach and willingness to drive change within our operational environment. Employees will need to be able to work in line with the pladis Flexible working arrangements.
