Equity Release Adviser

Increased enquiry numbers and a dramatic upturn in referrals from IFAs, wealth managers and mortgage advisers have boosted demand for equity release and theyare also expecting strong sustainable growth from their corporate partners.

They therefore need to meet increasing demand for their specialist blend of quality face-to-face advice and customer support.

Responsibilities will include:

- Harnessing Key Introducer relationships and generating own leads from own networks. Role will require attending appointments referred by corporate partners. - Provide advice to clients on the full range of whole of marketER products - Provide advice that is regulatory compliant and to ensure that the products promoted align to the client's needs. For this reason, it's imperative that training and competence remains up to date. - Updating the business on sourcing activity andself -generation prospects. - Co-ordinate post advice activity with company servicing staff, providing complete and accurate information - Update company systems accurately and on time. - Be available for appointments and to be flexible to meet customer demand.- Promote the use of Estate Planning. - To carry out any reasonable instruction commensurate with the role.

Successful candiates will be:

- CeMap and CeRER qualified. - Have strong business acumen and ability to build business to business relationships. - Have good planning skills and time management. - Focus on providing quality advice and meeting targets. - Haveattention to detail and proven flexibility. - Strong PC skills. - Good, clear verbal and written communication skills. - Full Driver's License. - Ambitious - Supportive - Personal - going above and beyond to offer exceptional service. - Integrity - honest,true and transparent in all relationships. - Responsive - whatever the challenge you will deliver the right result. - Expert - experts in your field, with a thirst for knowledge.
