Due to continued growth in the topographical survey department, we now have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Land Surveyor** or Principal to join our geospatial survey team, the role would include building a team at our **South London office** who currently provide surveying services to support our clients in the property, civil engineering, oil and gas, nuclear, renewable energy, water and transport sectors in the UK and overseas. This is a **permanent, full time** role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Land surveying
- Fields works to post processing and drafting in CAD
- Managing/Training Junior Staff
- Control establishment
- Monitoring 2D and 3D would be advantageous, however full training can be given
- 3D scanning

**Qualifications/Experience**:
**Desired**:

- 10+ Years’ experience delivering land surveys essential
- Good understanding of surveying practices and control networks
- Experience in managing/Training Junior Staff
- Competent user of survey instrumentation - GPS, Total Stations
- Competent user of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
- Competent user of surveying reduction software
- Must hold a UK Driving Licence

Advantageous:

- Competent User of N4ce and or Cyclone
- HND or equivalent Qualification
- Monitoring experience
