We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team of brilliant staff here as an Office Administrative Assistant at our flagship store.

**Job Purpose**:
We’re looking for a confident and proactive person to join our Broadway Admin Team to help with the day to day running of our expanding business.

We want to find someone who is keen to assist in collating product information from our suppliers, helping find the solutions to technical problems and discrepancies, as well as be a part of the backup behind Landmark

The position is currently 3 days a week based in our Broadway office, with the potential to flex to 5 days a week when needed.

Preferred working days would be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Full training will be provided

**Job Duties**:

- Reconciling and filing Delivery Notes and Invoices
- Connecting with our suppliers to assist with delivery issues and gathering product data
- Customer Data Management on our system.
- Answering phones and helping our Customer Service Team

**Job Requirements**:

- Confident phone manner
- Confident with learning new systems
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 suite of programs
- Experience in Excel is preferred but not required, training will be provided
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proactive in finding solutions & problem solving
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
