**Finance Assistant**

The Evolve Group are evolving and growing, and now have an opening for a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance department.

**What do we need?**

We have an opportunity for someone who would like to work in finance and develop and grow with us. This role will cover a broad range of tasks including:

- Matching and processing supplier invoices
- Checking supplier statements
- Sending customer invoices and proforma invoices
- Sending customer statements
- Follow up customer debt collection

**What do you need?**
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience with EXCEL spreadsheets
- Experience on SAGE Line 50, preferable but not essential
- Experience in purchase and sales ledger
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills and a responsible attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

**How will you be rewarded?**
- Salary depending on qualifications and experience
- Contributory workplace pension scheme (criteria applicable)
- 30 Days holiday per year including bank holidays and festive period close
