Are you ready to run a small team in early years, working as one of our room leaders?

Flower Pots Day Nursery are currently recruiting for level 3 qualified room leaders to become part of our friendly team based in Tring

This role is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with
additional training and promotion opportunities.

**Duties**:

- Safeguarding the children
- observing and recording the children’s development.
- carry out age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain and safe and welcoming environment.
- Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always.
- Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings.
- Leading the team within your room to ensure best practice
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
- Support the management team within the setting

A clean enhanced DBS check will be required for this position - Please note Flower Pots Day
Nursery will look to obtain this when you start with us.

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification

Previous experience of working within an early years setting.

Pay: Up to £32,500.00 per year
