**Cleaning Supervisor - (Working)**

**£12.54 per hour**

**35 Hours per week**

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with **Charter Academy** and we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor on a full time basis, you'll be required to work Monday -Friday 06:30am - 08:30am, 14:00 -19:00.

**The role**
- Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Creating work schedules, allocating tasks, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Inspecting work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Training new staff members, providing ongoing training on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and placing orders when needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintaining clear communication with cleaning staff, management, and potentially clients or customers.
- Addressing operational issues, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to challenges.
- Submitting reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any relevant issues

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;
- Knowledge of basic site health & safety
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
- Confident working independently to your own initiative
- Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
