About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- As an Accounts Assistant you will be working within our group finance function maintaining the financial records on behalf of our optical practices.
- Allocate bank transactions to revenue generated and to purchase invoices on a timely basis
- Posting stock and debtors balances from the PMS into Sage Intaact.
- Reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements.
- Communicate with practices to understand any anomalies.
