Receptionist

Based in Guernsey, we are looking to recruit a receptionist to join the team in a stunning location. Live in accommodation is available.

Main Duties:

- Answering Telephone and having face to face contact with all guests
- Making Hotel Reservations
- Handling Deposits and other payments
- Booking Flights
- Booking Hire Car’s
- Taking Restaurant Bookings
- Shift Reports and Cash Balances
- Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day running of this busy operation
- Proficient in all aspects of Front Desk and Reservations procedures
- Maintain professional and productive working relationships with our private and tour operator clientele
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English and the ability to speak additional languages would be highly desirable
- A professional and friendly telephone manner is essential along with excellent organizational skills
- The ability to work and remain calm under pressure in a demanding customer environment will be necessary

Hours: 42 hours in a 5 day week to include weekends and public holidays

**Salary**: £22-£23k per annum plus bonus and live in accommodation
