**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Build on the client portfolio, utilising all accessible platforms to gain new clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Experience of the care sector recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using social media platforms for lead generation and talent acquisition
- Proficient in using Microsoft working packages
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
