We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Care Quality Administrator to join our dynamic Investigations Team. If you thrive on attention to detail, keeping things moving, communicating clearly, and juggling priorities we want to hear from you.
In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of care quality investigations by managing shared inboxes, coordinating calls, scheduling meetings, reviewing data and ensuring vital information flows to the right people at the right time.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy
- Managing case records and keeping internal systems updated
- Reviewing reports, following up on actions, and flagging gaps or delays
- Scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and taking minutes
- Producing regular reports for senior leaders and stakeholders
**What You’ll Bring**
A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to remain calm under pressure and on the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
A collaborative approach and strong initiative
Knowledge of the social care or regulatory sector (desirable)
