**About the Role of VP Sales Enablement & Training**
We are looking to recruit for a passionate & energized VP Sales Enablement & Training for our client in London to develop and manage a 2-person sales training & enablement team.
As the VP Sales Enablement & Training, you will be responsible for driving sales efficiency and productivity throughout the global sales force.
You will develop sales tools and training programs including sales enablement programs as well as technology and sales process optimization. You will also drive the effectiveness and efficiency our of client’s sales team by building continuous sales skillsdevelopment.
If you have experience of developing training and sales enablement within a Technology based company (SAAS, Data etc.), are business orientated and passionate about training then we would love to hear from you
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience within sales, sales training and / or sales enablement with at least 2 of those years managing a team
- Experience of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Strong sales fluency as well as an understanding of what drives sales organisations and how sales organisations are measured
- Demonstrated experience of driving innovation and process improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working within a Technology based company within Data or SAAS
- Highly organized and Process Orientated / People Orientated
