**About The Job**

**About You**
- You’ll be an expert in balancing engaging copy and rich content with commercial goals.
- Good understanding of current SEO best practices, and the role content plays to support this.
- You have the ability to switch between writing styles and tone of voice easily, and effectively.
- You are a great storyteller with a talent for engaging the customer, and delivering factual information in an easily digestible format.
- You are proactive, with a customer-first mentality.
- An understanding of vaping would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Have demonstrable experience in copywriting for e-commerce or retail

**Responsibilities**

Digital/eCommerce Copywriter
- Create and consistently improve website copy across all pages.
- Review current website copy to identify areas for improvements.
- Product content creation and management - supporting and liaising with purchasing and marketing teams to ensure product content is correct, up-to-date, and focuses on key USP’s.
- Ensure all website copy is SEO-optimised to current best practices and in-house standards.
- Producing and planning new website, social media and blog content, that is aligned to trending search terms, product launches and category innovations.
- Working with the brand team to support copy for campaigns to be used across all marketing channels.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

**Working Hours**
- 9:00 AM - 17:30 PM Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
