**The role**

We are a forward thinking, progressive, innovative healthcare charity, providing exceptional respite holidays for people with neurological conditions.

Working as a key member of a multi-disciplinary care team, you'll provide person-centred care to guests supporting them with daily activities including personal care.

You'll also play a big part in the social activities and outings that make holidays at Leuchie House so special.

**Salary and benefits**
- Excellent salary of £12.50 to £13 per hour (dep. on experience)

**Requirements**:

- **Right to work in the UK (essential)**:

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Preferred due to our remote location)
- No experience necessary (fully funded training provided)
- Good communication skills
- Caring and compassionate
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Completion of a satisfactory Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check

**Hours**
- Shifts are a mix of early (7:30am - 3pm), late (2:30pm - 10pm) and an occasional night shift across an 11-night rota with every other weekend off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
