**About the role** We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic **Casual** **Swim** **Instructors** to join our welcoming team within Manx Sport and Recreation We asked some of our casual swim instructors some questions regarding their role: **Allan** - What is your favourite thing about the role? "Being part of a team that teaches children a very important life skill and watching them through that journey as they progress through each swimming stage". **Ella** - What does this role offer you? Swimming is a great skill to have, for your overall health and wellbeing, and teaching is just helping others achieve their potential." You must hold a Level 1 Swim Teachers Certificate along with the Level 2 Award and Certificate from Swim England.
