We are currently looking for **Palliative Home Support Worker** to join our team in **Morpeth** to help us make a real difference to our **Service Users** lives.
**The Role**:
As a **Palliative Home Support Worker** your responsibilities are to support the individual's care, wishes and preferences leading up to the end stages of their life. You will also be required to offer support to grieving families. Due to the nature of this role, we require calm and compassionate individuals that demonstrate empathy.
Providing care at the end of an individual's life requires sensitivity, awareness and respect for the individual's choices and decisions.

**Hours of Work**:
**7am-9pm**

- The ability to work well in a team
- No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
- Understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries
- Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging behaviours

**Due to the nature of the role, Complete Community Home Care can only consider applicants aged 18 years and above, this is an occupational requirement and therefore is exempt from schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.**
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
