**Technical Coordinator - Residential Developer - Northampton**

**Up to £48,000 + Bonus/Package**

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer who are looking to attract and recruit a Technical Coordinator, to come and join their experienced technical team. Our client needs someone to come in and coordinate the design for a range of traditional build, residential projects, in and around the Northampton area. They are a heavily design led developer, that pride themselves on outstanding build quality and customer service.

They are looking for someone who is ambitious and driven, and wants to help the company complete exciting new developments, in what is a thriving area for our client. Our client is ideally looking to bring in someone with experience of coordinating design briefs on residential developments, and helping to manage the design through the build process. They would be happy to consider individuals that have experience working for an Architectural Practice who are wanting to work client-side.

**Some responsibilities include**:

- Assisting in appointing and managing a team of external design consultants.
- Offer expertise and guidance in coordinating the design brief for the external consultants.
- Organise briefings and update reports from the design team on the progress of the project.
- Liaise with internal teams (Estimating, Surveying, Buying, Sales, Marketing and Construction), as well as co-ordinate with external authorities to ensure that the design meets the brief and meets all approvals, licences and agreements.
- Be on hand to provide assistance and expertise with any issues that arise relating to the technical side of the project.

Our client is willing to offer a very competitive salary and remuneration package, for an experienced, existing technical coordinator, or someone proficient in design coordination. Support and training is offered to progress to a more senior role within the company
