Caretaker: Farnworth, Bolton

**Post**:Caretaker Operative

**Wage**:Between£20 to £25 per hour

**Hours**:Part Time - 5 hours per week, daily hours from 06:30am to 07:30am, additional overtime available via alternative sites.

**Duration**: Permanent

**Description**:

- Open up premises as required.
- External building checks (including perimeter fencing, external facilities secure when not in use, litter pick etc).
- Must be able to work independently.
- Weekly fire test, monthly emergency light tests and monthly legionella tests.
- Identify and report potential safety and security issues.
- Flexible approach to work.

- Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
- Be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Committed to providing a professional, quality customer service experienceand attentionto detail is essential.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Own vehicle preferred but not essential.
- Must have a 3-year address and employment history.
- Must have Enhanced DBS is preferable if not, one will be applied for on confirmation of employment.
