The Continuous Improvement expert will work with and implement best practices as well as lean methodologies across operations in the UK Hub in line with our three ‘missions’ of safety, operational excellence and people development.
As a Change Agent the person in this role will enable the group to accelerate the transformation of the operations by bringing performance improvement while creating a safe, clean and visual workplace and championing, co-ordinating and challenging the continuous improvement program to ensure a constant pipeline of projects, delivering hard and soft savings.

- Knowledge of ‘6 Sigma’ to Green Belt standard as a minimum
- Project Management and excellent planning skills
- Negotiation and arbitration
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to lead multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams
- Strong technical skills (process, lean tools, etc) -.
- Competent to develop KPIs using VBA/macros and other tools (G-Suite)
- Full driving licence
