**The Opportunity**
We are looking to appoint four exceptional individuals, with experience working in the technology recruitment market to work across our Technology and Mechatronics Engineering divisions. You will be allocated a specific area within a core market which you will take full ownership for developing.

You will have the autonomy to build your desk as if it were your own business. You will be given access to the most advanced tools in the market to help you deliver exceptional performance month on month. And you will be given full access to advanced level training programmes to ensure you are continuously reaching your full potential.

- Experience as a Resourcer or 360 Recruitment Consultant within the technology market
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly ambitious with a team player mentality
