**Join Our Team as a Support Worker**

Are you passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? We’re on the lookout for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join a friendly team. This role is all about helping children grow, thrive, and feel supported in a safe and nurturing environment.

The role operates on a **rolling rota**, typically 2 days on and 3 or 4 days off, providing a fantastic balance to enjoy life outside of work.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing hands-on care and support to children, ensuring they feel safe and valued.
- Creating and following individual care plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
- Encouraging children to join fun and engaging activities that boost their development.
- Keeping accurate records of progress and working closely with a great team to achieve the best outcomes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in childcare or working with young people is a big plus
- Great communication skills to connect with children and their families.
- Basic IT skills to keep records up to date.
- A valid driving licence is preferred to help with transportation when needed.
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.93-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42.5 per week
