Join us as the Head of Cyber Programme Governance, a key role within our Customer Success unit, where you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance operational governance, strategic alignment, and service delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of an effective programme governance function across multiple delivery teams.
- Act as a Delivery Ambassador, fostering strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and positioning yourself as a trusted security authority.
- Coordinate and lead our customer contact strategy, ensuring seamless service delivery across all lines.
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to drive positive business outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Oversee critical programmes, managing risks and issues while ensuring alignment with NCC Group's high standards.
- Establish and maintain a governance framework to monitor the delivery health of critical customer engagements.
- Support the sales team in fostering client loyalty and developing new business opportunities.
- Lead and inspire teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

- Solid experience leading global managed programmes and services for blue-chip companies.
- Cybersecurity background is desired.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, organisation, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across geographical regions and multiple layers of responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive under pressure and drive successful outcomes.
- Expertise in creating frameworks, processes, and systems that efficiently reach organisational goals.
