To support the Operations Department with read disputes on our customer accounts. You will develop your skills on query management, taking ownership and meeting designated deadlines. You will already be great at organisation, prioritisation & relationship building at all levels.

What We Need from Yü*

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

- Managing read disputes through to resolution
- Rebilling accounts were required
- Keeping customers updated and providing them with resolutions
- Developing skills to manage deadlines and stakeholder’s expectation
- Daily prioritising and managing workload from various workstreams
- Administration of meter readings in the billing system
- Learning & developing numerical skills
- Developing & Learning relationship skills with key stakeholders (Internal & External)
- Recording written information on customer accounts for audit
- Looking for process efficiencies

- Industry experience is desirable
- Education - GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or Equivalent
- Office 365 - Good Office 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Communication - Must be able to talk, listen & speak clearly on the telephone & have the ability to construct coherent written correspondence with confidence
