**As our Kitchen Porter, you will**
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, hygienic, organised and tidy at all times.
- Assist with kitchen deliveries; receiving goods, storing them away in the correct manner and disposing of additional packaging safely.
- Remove waste & recycling to the external bin store area, and ensure that this area is kept clean, neat and tidy to comply with environmental health regulations.
- Rinse and wash crockery, plates and food preparation equipment as directed, and ensuring this is safely stored away. Ensure that all machinery and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Any other duties as appropriate allocated by the Head Chef.

By joining us as a Kitchen Porter, you will become part of our friendly team. This role would be ideally suited to you if you want to work in a busy kitchen environment with a great team. The role will be 30 hours per week to cover some evenings and weekends as required.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess:

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; a team player
- Good organisational skills, and be self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
