**Finance Officer Role**

The duties will evolve with the growth of the business and will include

**Responsibilities**
- Management of Scheme Fees
- Management of Monthly Account reporting
- Management of Tax Relief
- Reporting for Audit
- Compensation Support
- Assistance with Payment authorisations

**Key Tasks**
- Adviser Invoicing on SAGE
- Pooled Account Settlement
- Prepare SIPP WIP and Debtors for Monthly Accounts
- Prepare SSAS Monthly Debtors
- Produce SSAS Active D/D Report
- 106 Draft for Auditors
- 105 Claim and Receipt
- Check Tax Relief is processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Scheme Fee submission and queries
- Bank Reconciliation - Mr Metro, PAYE, Tax relief and Fees
- Preparation of Monthly Meeting Balances
- Liaise with Auditors to assist for Minerva Audit
- Liaise with Enhance to assist with Bank Reconciliation Checks
- Complaint/Compliance Compensation Submission
