This is a great opportunity to deliver positive impact for the Community Nursing team at the centre of everything we do in the digital arena to provide targeted training and coaching to assist clinicians, administrators and managers to develop new skills and new ways of planning and completing tasks.
We are working on several important and exciting digital roadmap projects in the coming months. We’re looking for a confident and experienced digitally aligned person to assist in delivering some of our ambitious digital projects.
To support the Systems and Data Lead in the design of training for current and any new systems introduced into community nursing; creating training materials and deliver training to increase standardised usage and contribute to the continued development of systems to optimise the usage and impact of systems across the community nursing teams.
The post holder will need to develop in-depth knowledge of systems/digital tools to promote the use of their full functionality and to advocate for digitally enabled service improvement which enables managers and staff to unlock the potential of the service.
The successful applicant should have experience of working in an agile environment in order to receive, assess, prioritise and complete requests to resolve business critical issues, minimize disruption to the wider team in accordance with any SLAs.
