**Are you an experienced Casting & Bookings Coordinator?**

**Do you have experience of using social media platforms?**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Broadstairs for a Casting & Bookings Coordinator to work for one of our clients who deals with corporate and commercial advertising internationally on a temporary - ongoing basis.

In this role you would be working 0900 - 1700, some late hours may be required for international work.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £18,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

**As the Casting & Bookings Coordinator your responsibilities would include**:

- Liaising with talent and clients
- Working closely with agents and directors supporting daily workload
- Booking in talent, using a web-based booking system
- Fee negotiation
- Reviewing and casting talent to match client brief
- Researching and scouting talent using online resources
- Pinpointing and making contacts in various creative industries
- Chasing up financial information from talent and clients
- Creating, sending, and monitoring invoices
- Debt recovery
- Flagging up any potential issues
- Testing communication and audio software and equipment
- Data entry and record keeping
- Proofreading and reviewing content
- Publishing content on the website
- Other duties as deemed reasonable
