**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Safely manage and administer medication in line with best practice.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in senior care.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the care home environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a senior care role or similar position is essential.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both residents and colleagues.
- Experience in leading a shift is desirable.
- Familiarity with paperwork systems for maintaining care records is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for working with elderly individuals and enhancing their quality of life is crucial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
