REsponsibilities
Effectively manage a portfolio of existing corporate accounts and new client relationships by successfully implementing and managing delivery of education, guidance and advice services to our public sector clients.
Support the Team Manager and Head of Client Development in expanding the service provided by successfully managing and implementing wellbeing strategies, as well as projects with our clients.
Provide operational support to the Corporate Account Executive team, through the use of best practice techniques to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
Analyse MI produced for each account and manage the performance of the account through effective relationship management that supports the businesses growth and development.
Make recommendations for programme development by reviewing monthly KPI’s.
Ensure that client accounts are being serviced effectively by the Corporate Account Executives, and to agreed service levels to develop long term client satisfaction and engagement with our services.
Manage the day to day business relationships of corporate clients, whilst supporting the delivery of seminar programme and enquiry generation for advice services
Produce accurate business forecasts for account portfolio and continually review performance against this
Research existing clients using available tools and resources to identify seminar growth opportunities, which the team can then implement
Promote and encourage excellent customer service as well as client relationship building skills to ensure client satisfaction and business loyalty
Schedule regular client review meetings to better understand their individual requirements and provide product focused solutions, which the team can then implement
Resolve challenging client requests or issues and ensure that queries are escalated appropriately
Provide project management support to the Team Manager and Head of Client Development:
End to end project delivery including scoping, planning and delivery against an agreed project plan
Carry out post implementation reviews and recommend process and programme improvements to internal stakeholders
Analyse and produce data and information for both internal and external use
Deliver agreed client seminar numbers as defined by Head of Client Development Maintain and update the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system with corporate seminar information
Experience / skills required
Proven account management skills
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships
Successful history of delivering client centered projects, ideally within the financial services business to business space
Track record of managing projects from inception to completion
Experience of working in a sales environment where targets are set and achieved
Self-motivated and able to motivate others with a focus on delivering results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised and comfortable making decisions on own analysis of operational requirements
Thorough approach to work and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills
Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task with a flexible attitude
Able to build rapport with others within the Group and 3rd parties
Proactive team player showing flexibility in the role undertaking any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the team that are required from time to time
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
