**Salary & Benefits**
- Base Salaries start in the region of £21,000 - £24,000 dependent on level of recruitment experience
- On target earnings average £40k+

**The Role**

The typical duties of the Key Accounts Resourcing Consultant are as follows:

- Managing multiple deadlines within a fun, lively and target driven environment
- Providing shortlists for client job briefs in a timely manner

**Your Profile**
- 6-12 months recruitment experience (Preferably in IT)
- Strong work ethic
- Tenacious
- Adaptable
- Quick learner
- Driven to provide a high-quality service
- The capacity and discipline to work from home
