About the role

As the business continues to grow and expand its global services they have a need for someone special to join our Product Team as a Senior Product Manager.

The role will be tasked with both looking after our internal Platform, where they turn 25 billion monthly events into actionable targeting strategies for their traders and client services team but also to manage the development of their client facing platforms,which will give brands and agencies direct access to campaign performance as well as audience behaviour insights.

Product Managers working on this offering are exposed to all aspects of the discipline: from defining the positioning, to designing the partnership strategy to ensuring a best-in-class delivery on the front and back-end alike.

You will gather customer requirements, design prototypes, prioritise and scope releases that represent customers’ needs, and then work with the rest of the engineering team to build those products and iterate on them over time.

This is a senior individual contributor role, reporting to the Global Head of Product with a high degree of cross-functional working, including other PMs, Engineering and Commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

- Scrum product owner for all their user facing platforms (internal & external);
- Developing with the Head of Product a clear strategy and roadmap for their Platforms, demonstrating that market fit, customer needs, internal user context and competitive landscape have all been considered.
- Executing strategy and roadmap with well-planned and managed feature releases;
- Balancing long term company interests with critical short-term capture of competitive advantages or mitigation of losses;
- Working with traders and commercial teams to ensure internal & external meet the needs of users and customers - enabling their teams to do their job better/ more efficiently as well as delight customers with an intuitive, insightful and easy to user interfaceand valuable information;
- Documenting and training all relevant stakeholders on new features releases and usage best practices;

About you

To be successful in this role as a Senior Product Manager you will have demonstrate to be:

- Experienced product manager, with a track record of owning a developing client facing platforms/ SaaS products, particularly within the data and analytics space;
- Technically savvy. While you are not required to develop software yourself, you will need a solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
- Ability to go technically deep with engineers and data scientists, while also working in parallel with a dedicated data design & analytics team to craft in-platform experiences for users to interact with your products daily;
- Experience working with agile development teams, its processes and ceremonies;
- Strong communication and team working skills, in a global, fast-paced and passionate environment;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and track record of undertaking client/ user needs and establishing priorities supported by sound operational understanding;
- Experience with the advertising and AdTech ecosystem is a strong plus, including but not limited DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and Ad Servers and how these operate with each other
- Organised and able to prioritise demands of the commercials, our clients and your internal customers.
