Pixel Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Social Worker to join our client's Learning Disability Partnership Team based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Excellent rates on offer up to £37 Per Hour (Umbrella). This is a full time role basedon 37 hours a week.The Social Worker must be able to work within a community multidisciplinary Health and Social Care Learning Disability Team. Experience of working with people who have a LD is desirable. Social Worker will be required to complete Care Actassessments and appropriate care and support plans, MCAs, Community DoLS applications and Duty. Experience of safeguarding enquires is required. You will need to work within the MDT framework, which will require co-working for some cases. Interviews are beingundertaken via MS Teams. CCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager.
