Canvins Group are expanding, and we are looking for qualified and highly motivated staff to join our growing Tree Management Division.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform climbing tasks to access high areas for maintenance and pruning of trees and shrubs.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, reporting any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Towing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Lead Climbers must have all relevant tickets including rigging, and be confident and efficient in all aspects of tree work.
- 2nd Climbers and Trainee Climbers will have the chance to progress and master the trade.
- Training provided.
- Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for working outdoors and a commitment to maintaining high standards in landscaping.

**Our sites require drug testing and DBS checks.**

**Pay**:
Lead Climbers: £18 - £22 per hour

2nd Climber: £16 - £18 per hour

Overtime, Weekend work, Call outs, Bonus scheme.

Based in Maidstone, Kent.
