**Main Responsibilities**
- Receive, review, and process export documentation for accounts
- Organization of FCL and LCL shipments.
- Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source the best method of transportation.
- Uphold a strong and professional relationship with airlines, transportation agencies, and sales.
- Issuing bills of lading.
- Opening and Managing Ocean and Air Booking
- Direct contact with Customers, Agents and Correspondents

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years within international shipping companies with operational duties is preferred.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Outstanding Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient with technical computer software skills (Microsoft).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and information-seeking skills.
- Organizational and planning skills.

**Compensation**:

- Salary, commission on sales and other eventual benefits will be determined depending on skill level and experience.
