**Position Overview**:We are seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to join our bank staff at Torr Home. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of care we are known for. This position offers flexibility, with shifts potentially covering days, nights, and weekends, including opportunities at the Glentor Centre for Dementia residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalized care for residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Assisting with meal times and providing support with fluids throughout the shift.
- Adhering to established policies and procedures within the home.
- Collaborating effectively within a team, especially in a dynamic and busy environment.
- Attending training sessions and participating in refreshers as required.
- Communicating with fellow professionals, staff, and visitors to the home.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant.
- Ability to be flexible and available for short-notice shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Willingness to cover planned holiday shifts for other staff.
- Successful completion of a DBS check (paid for by Torr Home).
- Provision of 2 satisfactory references.
