The Facilities team supports corporate council buildings by providing administrative support such as invoicing and post room duties, and building management support such as meeting room co-ordination and reception facilities.

You will have good experience of working in an administrative and general financial environment, have a flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills are therefore essential to this busy and exciting role.

This role is based at council buildings in Scunthorpe and Brigg.

The post has a set working pattern of Monday 9am to 12.30pm, Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
