**Objectives**:
To support The JGA Group’s teaching and learning from beginning to end of the training programme through the building of relationships with delivery staff and learners and providing regular contact and facilitating pastoral and other support.
This is a primarily remote role, with some potential travel to meet face to face with learners where needed (in Herts/London)
**Responsibilities**:
- Organise and conduct induction including associated documentation
- Support first day of learning and ensure learner information forms are kept up to date, including personal and career objectives and employment details
- Complete learning support plans and signpost learners to internal/external sources of support, e.g., childcare bursary, etc.
- Support Contract Manager with learner recruitment
- Report learner progress on a monthly basis to Head of Delivery and follow up with required interventions
- Support learners with personal and professional objectives including personal development, behaviour and welfare training (for example Safeguarding, British Values and the anti-radicalisation ‘Side by Side’ on-line module)
- Schedule and conduct exit reviews for all learners
- Provide support to the Tutor where learners require more frequent contact
- Work closely with JGA’s administrative to ensure that learner paperwork meets quality and compliance standards
- Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, identifying any barriers to learning
- Ensure that learners make progress and are on track to achieve in a timely fashion. This will include liaising with delivery staff and managers to produce an intervention plan where required and to monitor this
- Continuously improve process and contribute towards product quality and undertake any other reasonable request from managers and colleagues
**Competencies**
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of L2 English and maths
- Guidance skills; a minimum of L2 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification
- Achieve a DBS Disclosure satisfactory to JGA
Training will be provided, where required - we are looking for someone to start ASAP. Successful job referrals will also be paid.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
