An award-winning Consultancy that operates in a range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Industrial and many more are looking for a Principal Designer to join the team in their Leeds office.

The Principal Designer will deliver CDM advice and Principal Designer services to the client, along with Health and Safety services.

The Principal Designer must be comfortable visiting multiple sites.

The Principal Designer would be joining a consultancy that is employee owned, and really invests in their colleagues.

**The Principal Designers Role**
- Supply pre-construction information
- Understand & produce Construction Phase Plans (CPP's)
- Advising and assisting the client with their duties under the CDM regulations and other construction related health and safety standards, regulations, and legislations
- Assist duty holders to develop Pre-Construction Information (PCI's)
- Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015

**The Principal Designer**
- NEBOSH certificate in Construction Health and Safety
- IOSH membership and APS preferred
- Previous experience advising on CDM compliance
- Previous experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
