**Job Title: Christmas Elf - Santa’s Secret Forest**

Santa’s Secret Forest is an immersive Christmas experience like no other — combining festive wonder, theatrical storytelling, interactive technology, and timeless tradition to create magical memories for thousands of families.

Set in a cinematic woodland world filled with twinkling lights, snow-dusted paths, and mischievous reindeer, this is Christmas as it should be — personal, playful, and full of heart.

**Role Overview: Christmas Elf (Ensemble Performer)**
As one of Santa’s magical ensemble Elves, you’ll be part of a high-energy, story-led cast delivering unforgettable festive fun. Whether you’re welcoming families, running the toy workshop, assisting Santa himself, or popping out of a sleigh with a joke and a jingle — you’ll help make sure every visitor leaves full of belief and joy.

This is a performance-first role — perfect for actors, improvisers, children’s entertainers, or storytellers who love working in character and bringing big energy to little audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Stay in character as a North Pole Elf throughout the experience
- Deliver lines, help tell the story, and respond playfully to guests
- Welcome and guide families with warmth, humour, and holiday spirit
- Help build genuine, personal moments — especially with children
- Animate different areas (Toy Workshop, Sleigh Garage, Reindeer Post, etc.)
- Assist in gift handouts, photo ops, and interactive story scenes
- Help keep your zone tidy, safe, and immersive at all times
- Maintain costume, makeup, and presentation to brand standards

**Person Specification - Essential**
- Experience in performance, entertainment, or guest engagement (stage, screen, immersive or events)
- Confident working with children and families in a guest-facing role
- A joyful, energetic presence and a quick improvisational mind
- Strong team player with a reliable and professional attitude
- Available for evening and weekend shifts throughout November and December
- DBS check (we can assist with processing)

**Desirable**
- Theatre, events, or hospitality background
- Experience working with neurodiverse visitors or in inclusive environments
- Familiarity with Christmas stories, traditions, and elf mythology
