The Active Group are recruiting for a permanent facilities supervisor for an immediate start based in Leeds LS9.

Job Title: Facilities Supervisor.

Start Date: Immediate.

Pay rate: £13.00p per hour weekly paid.

Static supervisor 35 hours per week shift times as follows:
0700 till 1400 Monday to Friday.
- The main characteristics of Accountabilities are: _
- To supervise the performance of all aspects of the contract services being delivered within the depot
- To directly supervise both planned and reactive performance of all services
- To direct supervise extra works process to support client requests.
- To build and support client relationships and expectations at all levels.
- To take ownership of Client escalations and deliver satisfactory resolutions.
- To act as part of the clients facilities team performing a one stop solution.
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both ISS services and sub-contractors activities and are regularly reviewed.
- Operate and monitor ISS safety systems such as but not limited to - Near hit, Close call, Assess net, Compliance portal.
- To champion a safe working environment throughout the team and within the depot.
- To support full compliance with ISS & NTL system and procedures
- To deliver solutions in line with client expectations
- Ensure compliance with all defined internal procedures and legal requirements.
- Ensure service commitments are met in accordance with agreed SLA’s, other commitments within the contract documentation and assessed ‘performance standards.
- Supervision and ownership of third party works and site visits.

This is an immediate start and is a temp to perm position and a full job spec is available.
