We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to support and care for vulnerable individuals with complex Mental Health needs. As a Team Leader you will:

- Provide our residents with support and guidance and involve each resident with all decisions and choices that may affect them.
- To organise the staff team, outlining their duties during each shift and supporting the manager to mentor/guide the team with supervisions/inductions.
- You will need to maintain, write records and reports on each service user in accordance with Company policies and guidelines. To ensure that care plans are followed by everyone and important information is recorded when appropriate
- A team leader would be expected to complete relevant forms if needed for safeguarding and CQC as well as oversee the home in the absence of the manager and on call duties. Your role will be to produce rota's for staff and oversea all day to day activities in the home.
- You will assist in creating a safe environment in which the residents can live as independently as possible, whilst ensuring dignity, respect and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- You will be effective in working together with the residents whilst also working collectively as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and compassionate who will also display positivity and a 'can do' attitude.

Demonstrating each of these skills will play a vital role in supporting each resident on their journey back to health and eventual reintegration back into the community.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
