TUMI Sales Associate
Responsible for creating a positive customer experience, building relationships and driving sales within the TUMI retail environment.
You are expected to have a strong understanding of the luxury travel, fashion and life style market, and be passionate about TUMI products. Minimum of 2 years retail-sales experience.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
**- Customer service**:provide excellent customer service, offering advise and demonstrating products and ensuring a friendly-shopping experience.
**- Sales**:maximising sales through detailed product knowledge, add-on sales, and awareness of sales promotions and incentives.
**- Product knowledge**:be knowledgeable about store layout, products and stock availability.
**- Stock management**:processed deliveries, maintain stockroom order and assist with stock-counts.
**- Team work**:collaborate with colleagues, support training and development, and build strong partnerships.
**- Sales targets**:be aware of sales figures, targets, and bonuses, and work to achieve them.
**- Maintenance**:maintain high standards of store cleanliness and store appearance.
**- Administrative tasks**: handle phone enquiries, communicate with management and assist with personal administration.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
