The successful applicant will be expected to work 5 days a week (including some weekends).

We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our new team in Chelsea Designer Exchange Store to organise and control the stockroom. Training will be provided on all the systems.

The role will include daily work consisting of:

- Picking, preparing, processing, packing and despatching customer orders.
- Responding to online customer enquiries about the products
- Inbound and outbound stock transfers to all Designer Exchange locations
- Stock checking / relabelling
- Categorisation of all online stock
- Reporting and organising repairs and dry-cleaning
- Ordering supplies and distributing them
- Liaising with couriers - including tracking and arranging pickups / drop offs daily.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year's relevant experience
- Can maintain a tidy workspace
- Problem solver
- Hyper-organised energetic person
- Comfortable with heavy lifting, working on your feet and regular moving of rails
