Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Development team, working with colleagues across Europe delivering a wide range of products.

**The role**
- Using agile methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage, maintain and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles and practices, and guiding the team to higher scrum maturity.
- Clearly and concisely determining and communicating development tasks from agreed business requirements.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Monitoring progress, performance and tracking estimates vs delivery timescales.

**Desired skills and experience**
- Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
- Previous commercial experience either as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Leadership experience - you will have full ownership of your role and working by example.
