Sure Start Staff are looking for a **360** **Trainee Recruitment Consultant** to join our growing team based in Oldham.

If you are an ambitious individual who can think outside the box, be proactive in your way of working, a hard worker, enthusiastic and articulate then this could be the job for you

You will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our business, identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional recruitment consultancy services.

**The position of Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include, but not limited to**:

- Generate leads using all resources available, record information, and action immediately.
- Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts.
- Ensure all post placements calls are made.
- Organise/attend/participate in team meetings & individual review meetings.
- Meet and exceed financial targets set.
- A willingness to learn.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and approach.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Genuine interest and care in providing the best support to the industry.
- Drive to learn, develop and succeed.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be flexible and have the ability to adapt.
- Recruitment experience desirable.
- A full UK driving licence desirable.
