**About the role**

Collectively the Client Account team ensure delivery of exceptional day to day experiences across our client portfolio. The Client Account Executive will support all Client team colleagues to manage existing relationships with clients, optimising all elements of current client programs as well as assisting in the development of new opportunities. The role demands excellent relationship and stakeholder management (internal & external) alongside accurate record keeping and organisation.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Support Client Account Manager(s) and Director(s) with day-to-day client activity.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective, timely and appropriate contact, providing excellent customer service resulting in the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times.
- Support Client Account Manager(s) with the preparation for client meetings as required, including but not limited to; research, sales reports, competitor analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support Client Account Manager(s) with all aspects of new service implementation.
- Support and drive growth for client accounts by presenting partnership marketing opportunities, eCommerce expansion and new product pitches.
- Maintain accurate record of progress towards client strategies, including but not limited to trade reporting.
- Ad-hoc performance reporting per client & internal request
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams to ensure exceptional standards are consistently delivered and maintained.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the retail, gift cards & payments industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
