Envision AESC have joined forces with Nissan and Sunderland City Council as part of the "Nissan EV36Zero’ project that’ll see not only a new, fully electric car pumped out of the Wearside factory, but a whole battery Gigafactory and solar farms to help it runcleanly. **The Role**: - Provide general IT support - Point of contact to end users, monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management. - Investigating incidents, fault finding and sourcing the root causes - Daily maintenance and support of all IT infrastructure - Support of manufacturing software systems - Working closely with local system users and co-workers from the Planning, Change and Projects behalf of the IT team - Provide 24/7 support - 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts **Key Requirements**: - Experience of troubleshooting system issues - Strong communication skills - SQL querying - Windows server administration - Cisco networking **The benefits**: 26 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Life assurance Private healthcare Cycle to work scheme
