**Overview**:
Rare opportunity for a CeMAP 1 qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the Medway area.

**Main Duties**:
A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification to work with the existing team in the Medway area.

Working with the existing team with full training and support provided, you will work with the existing long standing client base offering a remortgage service as well as dealing with new enquiries.

Once you have completed a detailed fact find including income and expenditure, you will source suitable lenders and mortgage product that meets the client’s needs.

Not only will you source the suitable mortgage, but you will also offer advice on the thee associated protection products including life assurance.

**Remuneration**:
Basic to £26,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 - £65,000

**Key Skills**:
For this trainee mortgage broker pr trainee mortgage adviser vacancy in Medway, you need to have excellent communication skills, along with the drive, motivation and passion to success.

Along with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, you must possess a full uk driving licence, a clean credit history and no criminal convictions.

CeMAP 1 is preferred, however is not essential for this role.
